Do you feel stuck?  Don’t worry, because you’re not alone!  In this class, we will discuss how to shift the patterns of thinking or behavior in your life.  We will look at our current thought patterns & identify places where we may be stuck in unhealthy or negative routines.  We will then learn how to use mindfulness, journaling, meditation & specific breathing techniques to shift our perception & promote positive changes in our lives.
