Michelle Dinh came to yoga out of chronic pain and injuries to find that she could live fully again. It was a slow journey where breaths on the mat were the only moments in the day she enjoyed. Eventually this grew to where she could take that peace, comfort and light off of the mat and into everyday life. It is a transformative practice where we are all able to find the light inside of ourselves and honor our truest intensions.

            She found purpose in 2013 when she created Namaste Everyday, a company to educate, inspire and support yoga and natural wellness. Michelle Dinh, now 200 hour E-RYT, aerial yoga and Reiki certified, has dedicate her life to one of service in helping others on their path to natural wellness.

            Classes with Michelle invoke the exploration of one’s self, to be liberated to your fullest expression and then share it with the world. Laughter, sweat, tears and letting go of fear happen along with the occasional dance party in down dog. Michelle loves assisting her students in their journey on the mat and highly encourages and utilizes props to both assist and challenge students in their practice. Her teachers and mentors include: Les Leventhal, Roger Rippy, Nancy Sherridan and Jenny Noonan.
